Professional Profile:

I am originally from Indiana and retired from the US Army. After the military I held the position as a DVOP (Disabled Veteran Outreach Program) specialist, developing a wide range of experience dealing with veterans who have barriers to employment by providing employment services such as; occupational assessments, job search techniques, occupational exploration, resumes, interviewing, salary negotiations, job matching and referrals.

Proven experience as the US Air Force Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Facilitator, providing employment workshops to over 500 personnel annually.

 Currently providing a variety of transition and employment services to military and civilian personnel. Solutions provided: Military conversion, occupational assessments, job search and marketing techniques, resume assistance, interviewing and salary negotiations. Developed numerous employer contacts and assist my clients with target resumes and job referrals.

Created / Facilitated group employment workshops and seminars, presenting information on the entire job search process.
